Skin overview

The look is the classic AK-47 silhouette with red laminate furniture whose black ring lines resemble cut plywood. Minimal Wear keeps almost all of that contrast, with only faint marks that need close inspection to find. For most buyers it gives the Factory New impression without paying for the very top grade.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The receiver, barrel, gas tube, front sight and the curved magazine keep a plain dark gunmetal finish with no pattern. All the colour sits on the furniture: the upper and lower handguard, the pistol grip and the stock are covered in bright red laminate with black concentric rings and wavy lines, like layers of cut plywood.

Minimal Wear adds only small specks, mostly on the corners of the stock and the edges of the handguard. The ring pattern and red saturation remain intact across the furniture. At normal distance in game it is very hard to tell apart from Factory New. Metal parts and the magazine still look clean.

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Red, black and gold stickers match the laminate and the dark metal without breaking the two-tone look. Placing them on the receiver works best, since the plain gunmetal gives a calm background and leaves the red wood pattern uncovered.
