Skin overview
This Desert Eagle finish imitates laminated material: blue and dark layers on the slide, a pale grain on the grip. In Well-Worn the blue loses part of its brightness on the raised areas and bare metal shows on the edges, so the gun looks darker and rougher, while the overall layered motif is still recognisable.
Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The slide is covered in tight, wavy contour layers of bright blue alternating with black and dark grey, resembling the end grain of laminated wood. The frame and trigger guard continue the same pattern in darker blue-grey tones, while the hammer area and rear of the slide carry lighter grey layers.
The muzzle, slide edges and frame corners are clearly chipped, and wear begins to reach the flat sides of the slide. The blue layers look duller where paint is thinned. The grip shows worn edges and darker patches. In game the gun reads darker and noticeably used, though the blue laminate is still recognisable.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The float of Souvenir Desert Eagle | Blue Ply ranges from 0 to 1; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 7% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Prisma 2 Collection with 17 skins in total.
It drops from Prisma 2 Case.
Price by quality
Among 8 skins of the Desert Eagle in the Mil-Spec Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Blue, white, silver and holographic stickers sit well on the blue laminate of the slide. Muted grey or monochrome stickers keep the calm, material look, while bright warm colours will clash with the busy pattern.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the lower end of a grade look noticeably cleaner.
- Look at the muzzle and the top edge of the slide on the screenshot, as these parts lose paint first.
- Check the grip edges, because wear on the pale ash colour is easier to notice than on the busy blue slide.
- See whether stickers or a name tag are applied and whether they fit the blue-and-ash colour scheme.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget buyers who want the Blue Ply colours at a lower grade.
- Players who like a darker, used look on their Desert Eagle.
- A reasonable entry option if clean edges are not a priority.
