Skin overview

The FAMAS here carries a spray-painted camo of blue and pink under dark purple palm leaves, giving it a calm, evening-toned look. Field-Tested copies start to show bare metal along edges and raised parts, but the leaf pattern still dominates the body. For many players this is the balance point between appearance and cost.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The body, carry handle and stock are covered in a dark slate base with blue, teal and pinkish tints, over which dark purple palm fronds are sprayed in loose, overlapping shapes. The leaves run across the receiver and the long carry handle and continue down the pistol grip and the rear of the stock.

Wear spreads along the carry handle, the trigger guard and the lower edges of the magazine, showing grey metal. Some fronds near the edges lose their outline. In game the rifle still reads as purple-leafed camo, with scuffs visible mainly on the handle in first-person view. The central receiver and stock faces remain mostly covered.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of Souvenir FAMAS | Sundown is 0–0.6; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (38% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir FAMAS | Sundown belongs to The St. Marc Collection, which holds 18 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Purple, pink, teal and holographic stickers match the dusky palm-and-camo palette. Placing them on the flat side of the receiver or the stock keeps them clear of the busiest leaf areas, while pastel or retro-styled designs fit the finish's aesthetic theme.
