Show allAllSkin overview
Sundown is built around a dim purple and teal palette with palm fronds layered over camo. In Well-Worn the paint has thinned noticeably on the handle, grip and magazine, and the steel underneath adds a rougher, used character. The overall colour mood remains recognisable, which keeps it readable as Sundown in game.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The body, carry handle and stock are covered in a dark slate base with blue, teal and pinkish tints, over which dark purple palm fronds are sprayed in loose, overlapping shapes. The leaves run across the receiver and the long carry handle and continue down the pistol grip and the rear of the stock.
The carry handle, grip and magazine show wide patches of bare metal, and the stock end is scuffed. Leaves on the receiver become patchy and faded. In first-person view the worn handle is the most noticeable detail. Flat side surfaces of the body still keep a fair part of the pattern.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of Souvenir FAMAS | Sundown is 0–0.6; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (12% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The St. Marc Collection with 18 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Purple, pink, teal and holographic stickers match the dusky palm-and-camo palette. Placing them on the flat side of the receiver or the stock keeps them clear of the busiest leaf areas, while pastel or retro-styled designs fit the finish's aesthetic theme.
What to check before buying
- Check the float position within the wear grade, since the carry handle is the first place where the difference shows in first-person view.
- Look at the magazine corners and trigger guard on worn copies to judge how much metal is exposed.
- Souvenir copies come with preset stickers, so decide whether they fit the purple-blue palette before buying.
- Check for a name tag and applied stickers, as they change how the piece looks and who it suits.
Who the Well-Worn quality suits
- Players who like a used, rougher look over a pristine one.
- Budget buyers who still want the colour mood clearly visible.
- Conclusion: an affordable choice with character.
