Skin overview

M4A4 | The Battlestar dresses the rifle as a piece of spacecraft hull: pale grey-green plating, a dark olive receiver and thin yellow accent lines. In Factory New every panel seam and stencilled block stays sharp, and the yellow trim reads as clean, unbroken lines. This is the grade for a buyer who wants the plating to look freshly assembled.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Factory New

The handguard is covered in pale grey-green plating with raised rectangular blocks carrying dark stencilled markings, edged by thin yellow lines along the top and bottom. The receiver is dark olive, almost black, with fine yellow panel outlines and small technical details that give it a machined, starship-interior feel.

The plating is clean across the whole rifle, with no scratches on the handguard, magazine or stock. Yellow trim lines are continuous and the stencilled blocks keep crisp edges. In game the light panels look bright against the dark receiver. Low floats inside this grade look fully untouched even on close inspect.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir M4A4 | The Battlestar is 0–0.64; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (11% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Yellow, black and olive stickers match the trim and the receiver, and holographic or metallic ones fit the sci-fi plating. The pale handguard panels are the most visible placement and work well for a single strong accent.
