Show allAllSkin overview
This M4A4 finish is built from layered sci-fi panels, hazard-style yellow markings and engraved technical details. In Field-Tested the pale plating starts to pick up grey scratches and grime on the handguard and magazine, which gives the rifle a used, in-service look. The overall design still reads clearly from a normal distance.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Field-Tested
The handguard is covered in pale grey-green plating with raised rectangular blocks carrying dark stencilled markings, edged by thin yellow lines along the top and bottom. The receiver is dark olive, almost black, with fine yellow panel outlines and small technical details that give it a machined, starship-interior feel.
Grey scratches and light grime show on the handguard edges, the magazine base, the grip and the stock butt. Parts of the thin yellow lines start to break, especially along the handguard. In game the wear is visible on the pale panels but does not hide the design. The dark receiver and the central panel blocks still look largely clean.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The float of Souvenir M4A4 | The Battlestar ranges from 0 to 0.64; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 36% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Wildfire Collection with 16 skins in total.
The source is Operation Wildfire Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Yellow, black and olive stickers match the trim and the receiver, and holographic or metallic ones fit the sci-fi plating. The pale handguard panels are the most visible placement and work well for a single strong accent.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since pale plating shows scratches more readily than dark finishes.
- Look at the handguard edges and the magazine base, which wear first on this skin.
- On worn copies, check how much of the thin yellow trim is still intact.
- Review any stickers or name tag applied, as they affect both the look and the resale appeal.
Who the Field-Tested quality suits
- Players who use the M4A4 daily and want the full design at a lower cost.
- Buyers who like a light used look on sci-fi plating.
- A practical everyday choice.
