Souvenir M4A4 | The Battlestar (Well-Worn)

Skin overview

The Battlestar keeps its spaceship-hull idea even when damaged, because the panel layout and dark receiver are part of the base design. In Well-Worn the light surfaces are noticeably scratched and dirtied, and the yellow lines are broken in many places. The look moves from clean starship to a vessel after a long campaign.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The handguard is covered in pale grey-green plating with raised rectangular blocks carrying dark stencilled markings, edged by thin yellow lines along the top and bottom. The receiver is dark olive, almost black, with fine yellow panel outlines and small technical details that give it a machined, starship-interior feel.

Wear spreads from the edges into the large handguard and magazine panels, and the light plating looks dirty and scraped. Yellow trim is fragmented and some stencilled markings blur. In first person the rifle clearly reads as heavily used. The receiver keeps most of its dark finish, with scratches only on raised details.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir M4A4 | The Battlestar is 0–0.64; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (11% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Yellow, black and olive stickers match the trim and the receiver, and holographic or metallic ones fit the sci-fi plating. The pale handguard panels are the most visible placement and work well for a single strong accent.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since pale plating shows scratches more readily than dark finishes.
• Look at the handguard edges and the magazine base, which wear first on this skin.
• On worn copies, check how much of the thin yellow trim is still intact.
• Review any stickers or name tag applied, as they affect both the look and the resale appeal.

Who should buy Well-Worn

• Budget buyers who want this Covert artwork in their loadout.
• Players who prefer a battle-worn starship character.
• An affordable entry with visible character.
