Show allAllSkin overview
This MAC-10 takes its look from the green crates of de_dust2, with ribbed olive panels and a hazard-striped band along the receiver. In Minimal Wear the crate paint reads almost the same as a fresh copy, with only small marks on the sharpest edges. It keeps the full crate look at a lower grade than Factory New.
Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The receiver is painted olive green with raised ribbed panels on the upper body, imitating the reinforced sides of a metal crate. A yellow and black hazard stripe runs along the side of the receiver, with a second short stripe on the grip near the trigger guard.
Minimal Wear adds tiny scuffs on the sharpest receiver edges and occasionally on the tops of the ribs. The hazard stripes and the grip paint remain intact. At normal distance the difference from Factory New is practically invisible. The magazine and sling still look clean.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The float of Souvenir MAC-10 | Classic Crate ranges from 0 to 1; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 8% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir MAC-10 | Classic Crate belongs to The CS20 Collection, which holds 17 skins.
The source is CS20 Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Yellow, black and olive stickers echo the hazard stripes and the crate paint. Stickers with a stencil or military look suit the industrial theme, and a single red accent can tie in with the cross on the sling.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float keeps the ribs and hazard stripes cleaner.
- Look at the receiver edges, the raised ribs and the bottom of the magazine, as these lose paint first.
- Make sure the hazard stripes are intact if the clean crate look matters to you.
- Check applied stickers and any name tag, and whether the copy is StatTrak™ if you want the kill counter.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want a look that is practically identical to Factory New in game.
- Crafters who are fine with tiny edge marks that stickers will not draw attention to.
- A sensible way to get the clean crate look without paying for the top grade.
