Skin overview

MAC-10 | Pipe Down is a Restricted SMG finish that makes the compact receiver look like a cutaway filled with red tubes. In Factory New the dark body stays deep and even, and the red pipes keep their full, saturated colour with crisp edges. It is the version where the illusion of looking inside the weapon works best.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The receiver is painted dark gunmetal with openings that reveal a bundle of red pipes running lengthwise along the body. At the rear the tubing bends into a loop over the top of the frame, and the threaded barrel tip and trigger guard are painted in the same red.

The dark receiver and red pipes are clean, with no visible scratches on edges or tubing. The red barrel tip and trigger guard keep their full colour. In game the cutaway effect looks sharp and the tubes stand out clearly against the body. Everything, including the grey magazine, looks untouched.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir MAC-10 | Pipe Down is 0–0.9; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (8% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
