SG 553 | Night Camo is a Consumer Grade rifle finish with a cool blue camouflage of pale, slate and dark navy patches. In Factory New the patches keep crisp edges and an even tone across the receiver, handguard and magazine, so the pattern reads as a neat, uniform cover. It is a quiet, classic camo for players who prefer an unflashy terrorist rifle.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The receiver, handguard and magazine are covered with irregular patches of pale blue, slate grey and dark navy applied as a hydrographic camo. The same pattern continues over the pistol grip, the stock and the body of the scope, so the rifle looks uniformly wrapped.

The camo is intact on every part of the rifle, with sharp patch borders and even colour. The scope, magazine and stock show no marks. In game the rifle reads as a clean, cool blue camo. Nothing on the visible surfaces looks worn.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir SG 553 | Night Camo is 0–0.795; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (9% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Ascent Collection with 28 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
