Skin overview

Tec-9 | Snek-9 is a Mil-Spec Grade custom paint job that dresses the pistol in the banded colours of a coral snake: red, black and yellow scales wrapped around the barrel shroud. In Factory New the scale texture is crisp, the yellow bands are bright and the small snake drawing on the magazine has clean outlines. The plain grey frame stays untouched and frames the pattern well.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Factory New

The barrel shroud carries the main artwork: a dense snake-scale texture in bands of red, black and yellow, wrapped around the perforated tube up to the muzzle. The pattern continues over the upper receiver and bolt area, while the lower receiver, trigger guard and grip are left in plain grey.

The scale texture on the shroud is sharp and every band keeps its full colour. The edges of the shroud holes and the muzzle are clean. The magazine snake has crisp outlines. In game the pistol looks bright and tidy at any distance.
