Show allAllSkin overview
Field-Tested Urban Masked turns the soft grey camouflage into something closer to a used tool. Bare steel starts to show along the spine, the edge and the guard, and those silver lines blend naturally with the pale paint. The overall pattern stays readable, so the knife still looks like a deliberate urban camo rather than a damaged one.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Field-Tested
The whole knife is sprayed in a cold palette of white, light grey and blue-grey, laid down in angular patches separated by thin darker lines from the masking tape. On the blade the patches run across the clipped point, the flat and up to the sawback teeth along the spine.
Bare steel shows clearly along the edge, the tip and the spine, and the edges of the guard begin to lose paint. Scratches start to cut into the patches near the edge of the blade. In game the camouflage is still clearly visible on the flat and on the handle. The handle and the middle of the blade keep most of their paint.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of ★ Bowie Knife | Urban Masked is 0.06–0.8; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (31% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
It is the rare special item of Operation Wildfire Case — knives and gloves drop far less often than the regular contents.

What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits inside the wear grade, since the edge, tip and sawback lose paint first.
- Look at the pattern placement, because some copies show more white on the blade and others more grey.
- Inspect the guard and pommel on worn copies, as scraped edges there change the overall look.
- Check whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries a name tag you want to keep.
Who the Field-Tested quality suits
- Players who want a Bowie Knife that looks used but keeps a readable pattern.
- Buyers looking for an accessible entry into the Bowie Knife.
- Conclusion: a practical everyday grade for play.
