★ Talon Knife | Night Stripe is a karambit covered in a muted night ops palette of slate blue, deep navy and grey-blue stripes laid down with a tape mask. In Factory New the stripe edges stay crisp and the paint sits as an even matte layer from the blade tip to the finger ring. Factory New copies sit in a narrow band at the very top of this skin's float range, so this is the cleanest the finish gets.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Factory New
The whole knife is painted in a matte slate blue base with broad diagonal bands of deep navy and lighter grey-blue, applied with a tape mask so the stripe edges run straight across the surface. On the curved blade the stripes cross from spine to edge, while a thin bare steel bevel follows the cutting edge.
The paint is intact across the blade, spine, grip and finger ring, with sharp tape-mask edges on every stripe. Only the factory steel bevel along the cutting edge breaks the matte surface. In game the knife reads as a uniform dark blue striped shape with no visible marks. Copies in this grade are limited to the very start of the float range.
Factory New quality — float range 0.06–0.07
The float of ★ StatTrak™ Talon Knife | Night Stripe ranges from 0.06 to 0.8; the Factory New quality covers 0.06–0.07 — 1% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since paint loss on the blade tip and spine teeth grows quickly in the worn grades.
- Inspect the tip, the cutting edge and the saw-tooth spine first, as these parts lose paint before anything else.
- Look at how the stripes fall across the blade, because the tape-mask placement can differ between copies.
- Note whether the knife is StatTrak™ or carries a name tag, and decide if that matters to you.
Who the Factory New quality suits
- Collectors who want the cleanest possible copy from a narrow band of floats.
- Players who like a fully intact matte camouflage with crisp stripe edges.
- Conclusion: the top grade for buyers who value an untouched finish above all.
